Privacy Policy

Account data. When you sign in, our identity provider (AWS Cognito) gives us your email address and a stable account identifier. We do not see or store your password.

Production data you enter. Stage managers add productions, scenes, rehearsal slots, and cast members — including cast names and emails used to send invitations. Cast members add their own scheduling conflicts.

Operational data. We keep minimal server logs and error reports (via Sentry) to keep the service working. These are not used for advertising or profiling.

We use your data solely to run the product: to authenticate you, build and share rehearsal schedules, deliver calendar feeds, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Within a production, stage managers and cast see the scheduling information relevant to their role. We share data with the infrastructure providers needed to operate the service — AWS Cognito (sign-in), our hosting and database providers, and Sentry (error monitoring) — and otherwise only when required by law.

If you are a cast member, the stage manager who invited you can see the scheduling conflicts and participation you record for their production.

You can delete your account at any time from the account menu. This removes your account and personal data. For record integrity, a stage manager's roster keeps a non-personal record that a participant existed, without your personal details.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, personal data is removed from our active systems; routine backups age out on their normal cycle.
