Cuesheet

Terms of Service

Effective 2026-07-07

These terms cover your use of Cuesheet, a rehearsal-scheduling tool operated by Cuesheet. By using Cuesheet, you agree to them.

Using Cuesheet

You must be able to form a binding agreement to use Cuesheet. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Use the service lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt it or access data that isn't yours.

Your content

You keep ownership of the production data you enter — scenes, slots, rosters, and conflicts. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and process it so we can provide the service to you and the people you collaborate with.

If you add another person's details (for example, inviting a cast member by email), you confirm you have a legitimate reason to do so.

Availability

Cuesheet is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. It is solo-maintained and may have downtime, bugs, or changes. We don't guarantee that schedules produced by the solver are error-free — always review a schedule before relying on it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cuesheet is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses arising from missed rehearsals, scheduling errors, or service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the prior twelve months.

Ending your use

You can stop using Cuesheet and delete your account at any time from the account menu. We may suspend or end access that violates these terms or risks harm to the service or other users.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date above; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
